Toffee Coffee Cake

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 1 tbs cinnamon
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 package instant butterscotch pudding
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 6 tsp vanilla
  • 4 eggs
Instructions:
  • Combine and set aside the brown sugar, pecans and cinnamon.
  • Mix remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Pour 1/3 batter in greased 9 x 13 pan, sprinkle with 1/3 of the sugar mixture.
  • Alternate until 3 layers are complete, ending with sugar mixture on top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
