- 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, melted
- 2/3 cup cocoa powder
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup strong coffee
- 2 Tbs milk (just enough to make the right consitency
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions:
- Melt butter. Stir in cocoa.
- Alternately add powdered sugar coffee and milk, beating on medium speed to spreading consistency. Add more milk if needed.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Makes about 2 cups of frosting.
