Corn Casserole

  • 1/2 Stick butter (melted)
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 cam creamed corn
  • 2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • Milk (according to jiffy mix)
  • Pinch of sugar
  • Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • Dill weed (to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
{{block Instructions:}
  • Mix Jiffy mix, eggs, milk and a pinch of sugar.  Add melted butter, dill and sour cream.
  • Spread half the mixture on bottom of buttered 9"x13" pan, top with creamed corn, salt, pepper, and cheddar cheese.
  • Top with remaining corn bread mixture.
  • Bake at 350 for approximately 1 hour.
