Makes one (9-inch) cheesecake
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 60 minutes
Total Time: 80 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 4 - 8 oz packages cream cheese, softenend
- 1 - 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 tbs vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter
- Press firmly into bottom of 9" spring form pan
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy
- Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth
- Add eggs, flour, vanilla, and rind; mix well
- Pour into prepared pan
- Bake 1 hour, or until lightly browned
- Cool, chill, and garnish as desired
