  • 1 ½ Cups of milk
  • 4 Eggs
  • ½ Tsp Salt
  • Dash of ground red pepper
  • 2 dashes of black pepper
  • 2 Tbs Flour
  • 2 Cups Swiss / cheddar cheese- or whatever you’ve got in the fridge
  • ½ lb bacon
  • 1 pie crust
  • Dash of parsley
  • Some onion flakes



  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Combine eggs, milk & seasonings in bowl and beat with a fork.
  • Shred cheese and toss with flour in another bowl.
  • Cook bacon until crisp and break up into pieces.
  • Add cheese & bacon to the egg mixture.
  • Pour into pie shell. Bake for 40-45 min.


  • If you are using bacon delete the salt
  • You can also add chopped broccoli, spinach or ham. If you use just the veggies add the salt.
