Ingredients:
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 6 oz chopped salt pork
- 10 oz cannellini beans
- 10 oz great northern white kidney beans
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 1 large can crushed tomatoes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- garlic
- basil
- parsley
- pepper
- 8 oz ditalini pasta cooked
Instructions:
- In a soup pot, saute onions and salt pork in olive oil until translucent.
- Add tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, beans and spices. Bring to a boil and simmer on low for at least 45 minutes.
- server over cooked ditalini pasta.
