Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter
- 3/4 cup Jif® Creamy Peanut Butter
- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups quick-cooking or old fashioned oats
Instructions:
- Heat oven to 375°F. Spray a large baking sheet with no-stick cooking spray.
- Cream together butter, peanut butter and sugars in large bowl until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; beat well.
- Combine flour, baking soda and salt in medium bowl; blend well. Add to creamed mixture; blend well. Stir in oats.
- Drop dough by level tablespoonfuls two inches apart onto prepared baking sheet.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire racks.
