I love a great steak on the grill. For the longest time I have used a store bought Montreal steak seasoning. I would rub the steaks with the seasoning and let them sit in the fridge most of the day. take them out 30 minutes to an hour before grilling so they could warm to room temperature, and throw them on a hot grill. Well something changed with the seasoning that I used to buy, and I just don't like it anymore. So after a few tries with different store bought seasoning mixes I decided to just mix my own. This is simple and delicious. I keep a shaker top jar of it mixed so whenever we are having steaks it is ready to go. Ingredients:
