Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Instructions:
- If using frozen pie shell, use only deep dish style and thaw completely. Place on cookie sheet; bake 10 minutes longer.
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- In large bowl, beat eggs until foamy.
- Add flour and both sugars. Beat until well blended, and blend in softened butter.
- Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
- Pour into pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
- Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
