Ingredients:
- 4 Tbs olive oil
- 6 Tbs white wine
- 1 Tbs dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp red chili pepper
- 3 Tbs brown sugar
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients, and pour over chicken breast, or pork.
- Let the meat marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Grill the meat over medium heat.
