Ingredients:

1 ½ Cups of milk

4 Eggs
-
½ Tsp Salt
-
Dash of ground red pepper
-
2 dashes of black pepper
-
2 Tbs Flour
-
2 Cups Swiss / cheddar cheese- or whatever you’ve got in the fridge
-
½ lb bacon
-
1 pie crust
-
Dash of parsley
-
Some onion flakes
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°
-
Combine eggs, milk & seasonings in bowl and beat with a fork.

Shred cheese and toss with flour in another bowl.

Cook bacon until crisp and break up into pieces.
-
Add cheese & bacon to the egg mixture.
-
Pour into pie shell. Bake for 40-45 min.
Notes:
-
If you are using bacon delete the salt
-
You can also add chopped broccoli, spinach or ham. If you use just the veggies add the salt.
