Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup pecans chopped
- 1 tbs cinnamon
- 2 cups flour
- 1 package instant butterscotch pudding
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 tsp vanilla
- 4 eggs
Instructions:
- Combine and set aside the brown sugar, pecans and cinnamon.
- Mix remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour 1/3 batter in greased 9 x 13 pan, sprinkle with 1/3 of the sugar mixture.
- Alternate until 3 layers are complete, ending with sugar mixture on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
